Beginner Gel Nail Course

1. Online Trainings and Access

1.1 Access & Usage

  • Online learning content (including, but not limited to: video tutorials, slideshows, PDF files, images, webinars, or coaching calls) is provided for personal viewing only.
  • Saving, downloading, recording, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Permitted Downloads

  • Selected resources may be downloaded for personal or professional reference:

  • Diagrams – may be downloaded and displayed in a salon environment for client use only.

  • PDF Ebooks or Guides – may be downloaded for personal use but must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

1.3 Account Integrity

  • Sharing of accounts or allowing multiple users access under one account is prohibited.
  • Any suspicious activity on your account may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund or certification, and you may be banned from future BIB courses, bookings, or shop access.

1.4 Refund & Access Policy

  • The first lesson of any online training serves as an introduction and prerequisite. It explains the course process, inclusions, and requires your agreement to these Terms & Conditions in order to access the training.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind. All course lessons and terms and conditions are clearly stated or linked on the course information prior to purchase.

1.5 Access Period & Certification

  • Course access is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Any assessments required for certification must be submitted within the access period and be deemed satisfactory by an BIB Educator. Resubmissions may be required if requested by the trainer.
  • We recommend submitting assessments by month 10 to allow time for any required resubmissions.
  • Feedback will be provided for each submission. Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of all assessment requirements.
  • Requirements for certification include:

  • All videos on the course platform watched in FULL
  • Completion of all quizzes with a 100% grade
  • Completion of any Mandatory Practical Activities with a before and after photo submission that meets RBB standards
  • Completion of all required Assessment tasks inside the Assessment Portfolio with all evidence required, that meets RBB standards

2. In-Person Beginner Gel Nail Course

2.1 Policies

  • All online access policies above also apply to in-person courses.
  • Only the enrolled student may attend training sessions.
  • Models may be required for practical activities; these can be organised by the student or by BIB. The models’ contact details may be requested along with completion of a consultation form.

2.2 Recording & Materials

  • Students are not permitted to record sessions.
  • BIB may capture content (e.g., images or short clips) for educational and promotional purposes; students will be provided content they can use for their own marketing.
  • Any physical materials provided (e.g., manuals, workbooks) are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed.

2.3 Assessment & Certification

  • Prior to attending in person: all online videos must be completed in full and all quizzes must be completed with a 100% grade.
  • Assessments and practical activities are conducted in person during the training, with feedback and corrections provided on the day.

  • A certificate is issued upon successful completion of the training and assessments.

2.4 Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • In-person training must be scheduled and attended within the 12-month course access period.
  • Allow sufficient time to complete any work that must be completed prior to your in person training date. Prior to attending in person: all online videos must be completed in full and all quizzes must be completed with a 100% grade. Practical activities and assessments will be completed in person.
  • If you cannot attend in person within this period, you must complete assessments online before course access expires. There will be no refund provided.

2.5 Booking & Cancellation Policies

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $450 is included in the total course price for the 2-Day Beginner Gel Nail Course.
  • Rescheduling: At least 7 days notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting the booking fee. If insufficient notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to confirm a new date.
  • Cancellation: At least 7 days notice is required. If insufficient notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited. No full refunds will be provided.
  • If for any reason you cannot reschedule the in person training date, you can complete the course online instead within the 12 month access period.

3. General Policies

3.1 Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All course materials, including digital and printed resources, remain the intellectual property of RBB and are protected by copyright law.
  • Any unauthorised copying, sharing, or distribution may result in immediate course termination and possible legal action.

3.2 Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all interactions with BIB staff, trainers and other participants. Disruptive or abusive behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

3.3 Health & Safety

  • Students must adhere to all health, hygiene and safety protocols outlined during the training.
  • Students with any pre-existing conditions (e.g. allergies to products, skin sensitivities) are responsible for informing RBB prior to training.

3.4 Disclaimer

  • BIB provides education and guidance but cannot guarantee individual business outcomes, earnings or success. Student results depend on personal skill, effort, and circumstances.
  • BIB will not be held liable for any injuries, losses or damages arising from misuse of products, equipment, or techniques taught during training.

4. Legal Action

Blossom in Business™ reserves the right to take legal action for any breach of copyright, failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or any actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the training environment.

BEGINNER GEL NAIL COURSE - Payment Plans

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By commencing a payment plan with Blossom in Business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The payment plan is a fixed weekly payment over a 12-week period and totals the full price of the training at the time your plan begins.

2. Course Access & Delivery

2.1 Weekly Release Course Mode

  • Enrolment through a payment plan provides access to a weekly release version of the course.
  • You will not receive 100% of the course content until all twelve weekly payments have been successfully processed.
  • Lessons are released on a weekly schedule; early payments do not unlock content earlier.

2.2 Early Access Option

  • If you wish to access the full course prior to the 12-week period, you may request a lump-sum invoice for the remaining balance by emailing contact@blossominbusiness.com.
  • Upon payment of the remaining balance, you will be transferred into the full course version.
  • Progress does not transfer between course versions. You may need to re-complete quizzes and manually mark lessons complete.

3. Payment Details

3.1 Card Information

  • Before beginning your payment plan, you must provide valid card details via our payment gateway and consent to the card being stored securely on file.
  • Your payment plan will commence once the first payment is successfully processed.

3.2 Payment Timing

  • The first payment may be processed on the same day or the next business day.
  • Subsequent weekly payments will be automatically charged every 7 days for twelve weeks.

3.3 Failed Payments & Access Restrictions

  • You will receive reminders prior to each upcoming payment.
  • If a payment fails, you will have 72 hours to update your card details or pay manually through the customer portal.
  • If payment is not rectified within 72 hours, course access will be revoked until the payment plan is successfully resumed.

4. Pricing & Promotions

  • Payment plans are locked in at the training price at the time your plan begins.
  • Weekly payment amounts will not be adjusted during future sales, discounts, or promotional periods.
  • Bonuses offered during promotions (e.g., strategy calls, discounts, bonus courses, masterclasses) will only be released after the payment plan is fully paid.

5. In-Person Training Enrolments

  • If enrolling in an in-person course, training dates cannot be secured until your payment plan has been paid in full.
  • Access to preferred dates is subject to availability at the time full payment is received.

6. Cancellations & Pausing Subscriptions

6.1 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your payment plan at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for previous payments, and all course access will be immediately revoked.

6.2 Pause Requests

  • You may request to pause your payment plan by emailing contact@blossominbusiness.com.
  • The maximum pause duration is 90 days.
  • After 90 days, the plan must either be resumed or cancelled. If cancelled, access will not be reinstated nor will refunds for past payments be provided.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By starting a payment plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1:1 In Person Upskill Training

1. In-Person 1:1 Upskill Training

1.1 Policies

  • Only the enrolled student may attend.
  • Models may be required and can be organised by the student or BIB. The models’ contact details may be requested along with completion of a consultation form.
  • The session may not be recorded by the student. BIB may capture content for educational and promotional purposes.
  • The training is not a beginner course. You must have completed prior manicure, gel and e-file training.

1.2 Certification

  • A certificate of completion is provided for the 1:1 Upskill Training.

  • A non-refundable booking fee of $250 is included in the total training price for the 1-Day Upskill Training.

Models

1. Models for Training Sessions or Recordings

By agreeing to model for an BIB training session or recording, you accept the following:

  • You must not record the session.
  • You must attend alone (no guests).
  • You must not be a nail technician yourself unless prior approval is granted by BIB/RBB.
  • Model services may be offered at a reduced cost or free of charge but are limited to the specific service being demonstrated (including the style, length, shape, colour, or design determined by the trainer). Service preferences or changes cannot be guaranteed during the session.
  • You must be reliable - our students are depending on you to model for them to practice and refine their skills.
  • A booking fee may be required. All standard RBB appointment policies apply to models. This includes our cancellation and refund policies.

2. Legal Action

Blossom in Business™ reserves the right to take legal action for any breach of copyright, failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, or any actions that compromise the safety or integrity of the training environment.

Business Intensive

1. What's Included

The Business Intensive is a single 90-minute one-on-one strategy session, delivered via Zoom. Your investment includes:

  • One (1) 90-minute Strategy Call
  • An action plan delivered following your call
  • Access to the Blossom in Business Thinkific portal, where your call will be booked

The Business Intensive does not include ongoing support, additional calls or access to a dedicated support channel. It is a one-off session designed to give you clarity and direction on a specific area of your business.

2. Investment & Payment

The Business Intensive ispaid in full at the time of purchase via Shopify. Afterpay and Klarna are available at checkout for those who'd like to split their payment, however Blossom in Business receives payment in full and the Intensive is not offered as a payment plan directly.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms at the price applicable at that time.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Following purchase, you'll be enrolled into the Blossom in Business Thinkific portal where you can book your Strategy Call. Calls must be booked with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No Shows
24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel your call.

With more than 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule at any time at no cost, via the Calendly link provided.

With less than 24 hours' notice, or in the case of a cancellation or no show, a 50% rebooking fee of your original purchase price applies to secure a new time.

If Blossom in Business needs to reschedule, as much notice as possible will be given and an alternative time arranged.

4. Session Recording & AI Notetaking

Your Strategy Call is recorded using AI-powered notetaking software. This supports the delivery of your action plan and helps ensure accuracy in the guidance provided.

You'll be provided with a link to view and download your session recording. This link will remain accessible for 30 days following your session. You're responsible for saving or downloading anything you'd like to keep within this window, as Blossom in Business is not responsible for recordings not saved before access ends.

Recordings may be used internally to reflect on and improve the quality of coaching delivered. Recordings, or excerpts of them, will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes with your explicit consent (see Section 8).

5. Nature of the Session

The Business Intensive is intended to support brainstorming, clarity and the creation of an actionable plan. It does not constitute business, legal, financial or investment advice or consulting.

All business decisions remain your responsibility. Blossom in Business is not accountable for the results or outcomes of any decisions made or plans actioned following your session.

6. No Ongoing Support

The Business Intensive is a one-off session and does not include access to Telegram support or any other ongoing support channel. Support is reserved for clients enrolled in the 12-Week Mentorship Program.

7. Credit Toward 1:1 Mentorship

If you decide you'd like to continue your journey with the 12-Week Mentorship Program, the full amount paid for your Business Intensive can be credited toward your mentorship investment, provided you enrol within five (5) days of completing your Intensive session.

Where this credit is applied, your Intensive call counts as the first of the six (6) Mentoring Strategy Calls included in the program.

This offer is not available to those enrolling more than five (5) days after completing their Intensive, and must be confirmed in writing by Blossom in Business prior to enrolment.

8. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Anything shared during your session will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.

Your action plan and any resources provided are the intellectual property of Blossom in Business and are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced or repurposed without prior written permission.

9. Testimonials & Social Proof

By purchasing the Business Intensive, you consent to Blossom in Business using feedback, results and wins shared during or after your session for the purpose of promoting Blossom in Business offerings, including across social media, websites and marketing materials.

By default, you'll be featured anonymously, with no reference to your name, business name or identifying images. If you're happy to be identified by name and/or business name, you can let us know in writing at contact@blossominbusiness.com and this will be noted.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no shows. Cancelling or not showing up to your booked call is treated the same as rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: a 50% rebooking fee of your original purchase price applies to secure a new time (see Section 3).

If Blossom in Business is unable to deliver your session as booked, a suitable alternative time will be offered, or credit will be issued toward another Blossom in Business offer.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
