Is this actually tailored to me, or is it a generic session?
100% tailored to you. Before we even jump on the call, you'll complete a pre-call questionnaire that I review in advance. So when we have our session, I already know your situation and we can get straight into strategy without wasting time ✅

What if I don't even know what I need help with?
Totally normal, and honestly the most common way people show up. I'll gather some information in your pre-call questionnaire and we can figure it out together in the first few minutes of the call.
You don't need a perfect list of questions, just show up as you are ☺️
Is there any support after the call?
The Intensive is designed to give you everything you need within the 90 minutes, that's why we come prepared and hit the ground running from the very start ✅
All support happens inside the call itself and you'll leave with a custom Action Plan to guide you forward.
If you're looking for ongoing support and accountability, the 12 Week Mentorship Program might be the better fit for you.
If you complete the Intensive and feel like you need more support, if you upgrade to the 12 Week Mentorship Program within 5 days of our call, your Intensive investment carries over as credit and your session counts as your first call already done.
