Do I need any prior experience?

Nope! This course is BEGINNER-FRIENDLY 💕 You will learn everything from the basics to master your nail sets 💅🏼

Our nail course is very thorough with plenty of detailed video demonstrations with footage from multiple angles.

But it is not beginner-exclusive, meaning anyone can join! 🙌

Do I get instant access?

Upon purchase, you will be automatically enrolled in the training by our web provider, so please ensure to use the correct email upon purchase 🙌

Check your emails after purchase (even your spam folder) to ensure you don't miss your log in link for the learning platform!

Allow 10-15mins for your enrolment email to come through 🫶🏻

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have 12 months to complete the course content and pass your assessment to get your certificate.

This means you can go back in to revise content at anytime throughout your learning process and when you start taking clients. We are confident that you will have the skills provided well within the 12 month period!

How long does it take to complete?

Every student's circumstances will be different! It could take you weeks, it could take you months. You can study at your own pace as you have 12 months to complete 🙌

Do I have to submit any work?

Yes, in order to complete the course, you must:

  • Watch all of the videos in full
  • Achieve 100% on all quizzes
  • Complete all mandatory practical activities
  • Submit an assessment portfolio that meets our criteria

The assessment process involves completing multiple sets on practical models. A minimum of 4 is required, more may be required if we believe there is room for improvement.

This ensures your work has the BIB stamp of approval before you venture into the industry!

Do I get a certificate?

Yes, once you have:

  • Watched all videos in full
  • Achieved 100% on all quizzes
  • Completed all mandatory practical activities
  • Submitted an assessment portfolio that meets our criteria

You will be issued with a certificate.

Is it a nationally accredited qualification?

No - In Australia, you don't need a nationally accredited qualification to become a nail technician 💁‍♀️

Our Beginner Gel Nail Course is a private course by Blossom in Business, designed to give you the practical skills and knowledge you need to begin offering gel nail services 🙌

Your trainer, Monique, is a Certified Trainer and Assessor, so you can still expect high quality, professional education 👩‍🏫 With successful course completion, you will be issued a BIB Certificate of Completion 💕

If you are outside Australia, we recommend checking your country's requirements for operating as a nail technician 🫶🏻

Do I get a kit?

Kits are not included in the course as every technician has their own preference of product. No product is a one fits all. We also recognise that some of our students are existing technicians who may not require many new additions to their collection 🫶🏻

We provide product and supplier recommendations within the course.

Do you offer payment plans?
