The online portion of the course can be accessed from anywhere and anytime after enrolment. In Person Training takes place in our Melton salon in Melbourne's West.

The training will be completed over two days, both commencing at 9AM sharp.

Upon enrolment, we will contact you with additional information such as timing, the address and more.

Upon purchase, you will be automatically enrolled in the online portion training by our web provider, so please ensure to use the correct email upon purchase 🙌

Yes, once you have:

• Watched all videos in full
• Achieved 100% on all quizzes
• Completed all mandatory practical activities and model assessments under our guidance

You will be issued with a certificate.

You have 12 months from enrolment (purchase) date to complete the course and attend your In Person Training to get your certificate.

This "blended" course style combines online theory and quizzes you can complete at your own pace before class, with in-person practical activities and assessments on live models. This approach gives you more time to absorb the theory without feeling overwhelmed and ensures your in-salon training is focused on hands-on skills, offering greater value for your investment 💕

With a long access period, you can go back in to revise content at anytime throughout your learning process and when you start taking clients. We are confident that you will have the skills provided well within the 12 month period!

Yes, prior to attending your In Person Training, you must complete the following on the online learning platform:

Then during your 2 day training, you will complete practical activities and practice sets on real life models 🙌 Don't worry, we'll be there with you every step of the way!

This ensures your work has the BIB stamp of approval before you venture into the industry!

You can organise your own models, otherwise we will organise them for you 💕

Kits are not included in the course as every technician has their own preference of product. No product is a one fits all. We also recognise that some of our students are existing technicians who may not require many new additions to their collection 🫶🏻

Nope! This course is BEGINNER-FRIENDLY 💕 You will learn everything from the basics to master your nail sets 💅🏼

Our nail course is very thorough with plenty of detailed video demonstrations with footage from multiple angles.

But it is not beginner-exclusive, meaning anyone can join! 🙌

Every student's circumstances will be different! It could take you weeks, it could take you months. You can study at your own pace as you have 12 months to complete 🙌

Your In Person Training dates must take place over two consecutive days within 12 months of your enrolment date. Please keep that in mind if rescheduling is required.

When selecting in person course dates, please allow sufficient time to watch the course in full and complete the quizzes prior to attending your training date. Our in person days will be for hands on practice with theory already covered online.

There is almost 20 hours of video content inside the course platform.

There is a community inside of the online portal where you can ask all your questions. You get personalised feedback for practical activities and assessments you know exactly how to improve 🙌

We also offer 1:1 In-Person Upskill Training which is fully customised to the student, whether it be for refining manicure skills, learning some nail art or improving retention!

No - In Australia, you don't need a nationally accredited qualification to become a nail technician 💁‍♀️

Our Beginner Gel Nail Course is a private course by Blossom in Business, designed to give you the practical skills and knowledge you need to begin offering gel nail services 🙌

Your trainer, Monique, is a Certified Trainer and Assessor, so you can still expect high quality, professional education 👩‍🏫 With successful course completion, you will be issued a BIB Certificate of Completion 💕

If you are outside Australia, we recommend checking your country's requirements for operating as a nail technician 🫶🏻

• A non-refundable booking fee of $450 is included in the total course price for the 2-Day Beginner Gel Nail Course.
• Rescheduling: At least 7 days notice is required to reschedule without forfeiting the booking fee. If insufficient notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited, and a new booking fee will be required to confirm a new date.
• Cancellation: At least 7 days notice is required. If insufficient notice is given, the booking fee will be forfeited. No full refunds will be provided.

If for any reason you cannot reschedule the in person training date, you can complete the course online instead within the 12 month access period.
